Most pharmacy jobs ask you to choose: great pay, or real practice, or a life outside work.
We built this role so you don't have to choose.
This Is the Role You Went to Pharmacy School For.
Chelmsford IDA is a busy, full-service community pharmacy — and we've built the team, the technology, and the workflows to let you actually do your job. No wasted hours on tasks beneath your skill set. No barriers to practising to your full scope.
Full Scope. Always.
Point-of-care testing, diabetes monitoring programs, OUD program, Level B non-sterile compounding — you'll use every tool in your kit, every day.
Your Time Is Protected
Registered pharmacy technicians are fully integrated into dispensary workflow, and regular pharmacist overlap means you're never the only one holding it all together.
Modern, Efficient Technology
We've invested in technology that eliminates repetitive manual tasks — because your expertise is too valuable to waste on busywork.
Be Part of What's Next
Chelmsford IDA is a pilot store for company-wide programs and initiatives. If you're innovative and entrepreneurial-minded, you'll thrive here.
Room to Grow
Professional development is a priority, not a talking point. Backed by Care Pharmacies, you have a network of support and a clear path upward.
Real Community Impact
Chelmsford is a real community with real patients who count on us. You'll know your patients by name and make a tangible difference every single day.

Wait — Have You Actually Looked at Sudbury Lately?
Most pharmacists who move here say the same thing: “I wish I'd done this sooner.” Greater Sudbury is northern Ontario's urban hub — and it's a genuinely great place to build a career and a life.
Outdoor Adventure at Your Doorstep
330+ lakes within city limits. World-class skiing, hiking, fishing, snowmobiling, paddling — your backyard is everyone else's vacation destination.
Real City. Real Amenities.
A city of 170,000+ with a full range of restaurants, arts, culture, sports, and shopping — without the gridlock, sky-high rent, or 45-minute commutes.
Affordable Cost of Living
Your dollar goes significantly further here. Houses are attainable. Life doesn't have to revolve around your mortgage payment.
Excellent Schools & Services
Laurentian University, Health Sciences North hospital, strong French-language services, and top-rated schools make this an ideal place to raise a family.
Bilingual Community
Sudbury has a vibrant Franco-Ontarian community. If you speak French, it's an asset here — both professionally and socially.
Well Connected
Direct flights to Toronto, Ottawa, and beyond. Close enough to visit the city whenever you want. Far enough to actually enjoy life when you're home.
